Returns & Refunds

  • General Policy: We prioritize sustainability and reduce waste by producing items after orders are placed. Due to this, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless your order is misprinted or lost completely.
  • Damaged Items: We apologize for any inconvenience caused by a misprinted product. To receive a refund, please follow these steps:
    1. Contact Us: Email us at [admin@tnazdesigns.com] or using our 'contact page' to initiate the return process.
    2. Return Approval: Upon approval, we'll provide a return address.
    3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs and providing your own packaging and labels.
    4. Refund: Once we receive the damaged item, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

 

Order Cancellations

  • Need to Cancel?: We understand mistakes happen. You can cancel your order by contacting us promptly. However, cancellations are only possible before your order goes into production.

 

Shipping Information

  • Production Time: Similar to fresh-baked goods, your items are made with care. Allow 2-5 business days for production before shipment.
  • Delivery Estimates:
    • USA & EU: 3-7 business days after shipping.
    • Other Countries: Up to 30 business days after shipping.

 

Missing Orders: If you haven't received your order within 30 days, contact us at [admin@tnazdesigns.com]. Before contacting us, please:

      • Check Tracking: We'll send a shipping notification with tracking information. You can also find the tracking number in your account.
      • Review Estimated Arrival Times: Refer to our shipping page for estimated delivery timelines.

 

Multiple Packages:

  • Split Shipments: To ensure optimal protection, we may ship some items (like pillows and totes) separately. You may receive multiple packages for your order.

 

Slight Printing Variations:

  • Color Differences: Printing processes can cause slight variations in color vibrancy compared to product images. This is normal and doesn't affect product quality.
  • Printing Errors: If you notice a genuine printing error, please contact us, and we'll be happy to fix it.

 

Order Declines:

  • Billing Address Verification: Ensure your billing address precisely matches your credit card's registered address to avoid payment processing issues. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
